The omega-3 fatty acids DHA and EPA are found in oily fish. The amount of oily fish consumed in a diet correlates with the Omega-3 Index, a measure of the amount of EPA and DHA in a person's blood. A higher Omega-3 Index is linked to better health outcomes. So, in countries where people eat more oily fish, such as in the Mediterranean, Greenland, and Japan, you tend to have lower rates of heart disease, compared to countries where people eat very little oily fish, such as the UK.

How to use:
Recommended Intake:
Adults: one to two capsules a day with food or drink. Children aged 5 years and over: one capsule a day, with food or drink.
