Solgar® One-A-Day GLA provides a high-potency source of the Omega-6 fatty acid Polyunsaturated Gamma-Linolenic Acid (GLA), derived from cold pressed oil from borage (starflower) seeds.

Borage, also known as starflower, is an herb commonly found in Asia, North Africa and Europe. It has been used since ancient times in traditional medicine and is one of nature’s richest sources of Gamma Linolenic Acid (GLA).
